Effective October 19th 2004 SimplySaltsOnline.com has added a new feature of online ordering. With this new system we are able to control our shipping charges and make sure that you are being charged the right amount. All shipping charges are real time charges. SSO uses UPS, DHL and USPS we will find you the best shipper for your order and your location. Any orders under 3 pounds will ship with the USPS. All others will ship with DHL or UPS. SSO does not add anything to shipping. So this system is great for us. You may check out and see that your total shipping is one amount and we will drop all shipping charges that are to high.
As you will see we change our scents on a regular basis. We try to add new scents every month. We hope that you will enjoy our new system for online payments and up dated tracking information. We fell that this new system is very fun in creating your new bottles.
Upon check out you will see a special services part # 5. In this section please fill in any scents that you may want in your bottle if you want multiple layers. Some companies charge more for this. Simply Salts does not. We suggest that you don't re than 4-5 layers in our 12oz bottles and 5-7 in our 24 oz bottles. This will ensure that you receive enough of each scent.
If this is to much work or you prefer to do it the old fashion way please call Simply Salts. We will do an order over the phone. 281/288.6306 central operations (If you reach our voice mail it may be a day or two before we get back with you) or 714/457.3594 west coast operations all messages are returned with in hours.
What happens after you send your order??? Well SSO will receive all that information you put in. We will then create your order. Pack it up, bill you and ship. With this new credit card service we run all credit cards manually. This is why or how we are able to adjust any and all shipping that is to high. Also we will not bill you until your order is complete. We will ship your order with in 24 hours of receiving it. We believe in getting your order out as fast as possible.
